Private UB Solidarity Foundation (hereinafter, FSUB) provides users with the following Legal Notice to inform them of the general conditions of use of the website. The detailed information in the text is applicable to all websites managed by FSUB.

The user commits to use the website and its content in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, the rest of legal texts of the website,accepted principles of morality and public order. Particularly, the user commits to:

On certain occasions, the website may allow you to enrol in a free or paid training activity.
Information regarding these activities will be provided in the website during the registration period, where the essential characteristics of each course will be detailed. In any case, any doubt can always be clarified upon request by means of the confirmation email.
In case the activity has a price, this will be broken down into applicable taxes and fees (if applicable). To enroll, you will only need to follow the steps specified for the activity. In case of doubt or error in the data provided, users can contact the FSUB by phone or email.

The formalisation of the contracting documents (pre-registration, registration…) is done, by default, in Catalan and, in the event that any possible translation could arise doubts regarding its interpretation, the only valid version will be the original text in this language.
Once the contracting documents have been formalised and your participation accepted, the acceptance and/or confirmation of the contract will be sent to the registered person by means of the contact email that you have provided, within 24 working hours following the contract. If you do not receive this confirmation within one working day, please contact the FSUB.
Amendment of legal texts
FSUB reserves the right to make changes in any of the legal texts of the website without notice to users. For this reason it is recommended that the user checks them regularly.
If the conditions included in the legal texts are modified, in case the user accesses the website from the date on which the aforementioned modifications have taken place and continues to browse, we consider that the user accepts the new articles.
Links to third parties
This Legal Notice and the rest of legal texts solely apply to the website and the content owned by FSUB, and it does not cover the pages of third parties that are accessible from the web.

Miscellaneous
In case any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, all other clauses shall subsist in their entirety. All the clauses shall be interpreted independently and autonomously, without affecting the rest of clauses in case one of them has been declared null by final judgement or arbitration procedures. In this case, the affected clause must be replaced by one that preserves the effects pursued by the Legal Notice.
